what's up with thundley4?

Hey, one of our regulars seems to be missing in action, and I'm wondering if anyone's heard from him, because his absence sure is conspicuous.

I never met thundley4 until a month or two after conservativecave got underway--say, mid-winter 2008--but right away he impressed me with his solidity, sturdiness, common sense, perserverance.  The salt of the earth.

Does anyone know if he's just busy in real life?

Well, he showed up--after a too-long absence--just as I posted this query.

Thanks for the concern Frank.  A neighbor's tree limb took down our cable on Sunday.  They came out and reconnected it Sunday night, but the guy left before checking the signal.  We had TV, but no internet until today.  They reran a new line, but buried it this time.

By the way, I got a new machine today, but won't hook it up until tomorrow, to see how it goes.
