Gamers usually aren't long on creativity, or abstract thinking, said another way, they are generally narrow-minded. Twitch shooter gamers like Crysis mostly are the worst of the lot. A gamer has a set of rules that he is required to act within and may not act outside of, unless there is a flaw in the game. Some strategic games do a decent job, but with the same limitations. It also seems like some gamers are inured to the violence. They don't seem to realize that a war on a computer, where nothing but electrons are even inconvenienced, and a real war. The latter meaning your neighbors house is a burning ruin, you just saw part of your family crushed by an upended SUV, and the liquid in the gutter is red instead of clear.
