Twelve-year-old war protester Frankie Hughes was arrested late Wednesday for trespassing after she allegedly refused to leave U.S. Sen. Tom Harkin's Des Moines office.

On Thursday morning, the girl's mother - who was standing outside Harkin's office when Frankie was taken into custody - was ticketed for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The charge against Renee Lynn Espeland, 49, of Des Moines is a simple misdemeanor. Police say Espeland "knowingly encouraged and contributed to her daughter's arrest."

Des Moines Police Sgt. David Murillo said: "I understand and fully appreciate a person's constitutional right to free speech. However, this was a case of bringing a child into a criminal arena."

"I think they are trying to put a scare into the peace movement," said Sally Frank, a Drake University law professor of police.

Hey, trespassing is a crime. Suck it, DUmmy.

That and it's Tom Harkin. He spoke against the Vietnam war claiming to have suffered PTSD from knowing he was killing people...only to have the truth come out that all he did was ferry F-4s to and from Japan.

He also went down to Nicaragua during the 80's with the other fake war protester John F'n Kerry to suck Daniel Ortega's cock. Kerry came back and waved a signed agreement he made with Ortega (in violation of Article II) saying that we would have peace in our time because Nicaragua would not arm itself as a Soviet client state.

Two days later Ortega signed a $150 million arms deals with the commies.

As for the trespass...

...it was bad when James O'Keefe did it.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."
