This seems to be a RW talking point right now. There is no confirmed evidence that it is an illegal alien.

Lazy butt McCain wants the federal government to do something about it.

Meanwhile, Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer joined U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., in calling for federal officials to send more National Guard troops to the Mexican border.

"The federal government must do all it can within its power to curb this violence and protect its citizens from criminals coming across the border from Mexico," McCain wrote in a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, a former Arizona governor.

So there you have it: They are coming down hard on the death of this rancher with 35,000 acres. Now they want the border sealed. And whip up the anti alien faction.

His family has also been ranching this same ranch since 1907, but the DUmpmonkeys forgot to mention that.  :thatsright:

Here's a link to the local news story.  Says Mr. Krentz phoned in that he had come across an illegal alien at a water hole and was assisting him.

Yeah, the ranch has 35,000 acres, and can run about 1,000 head.  That's 350 acre per animal unit.  Pretty common in that country because of the lack of water.  Most of those guys may not like have the illegals cross their ground because of the associated theft, violence, and it's just dangerous for those trying to cross, but they wont leave anyone in need out there, either.

RIP Robert Krentz.  Prayers for the family and friends left behind.

Somebody has been studing DUmmie math....35,000 acres and 1,000 head works out to 35 acres per cow. Which is about right for that area.

Where I live it takes about 2 acres per cow to do the same.

It's big but not gigantic for down there.  In that part of the country, it takes up to 20 acres per animal to raise cattle.
