It's a rub-their-noses-in-their-abject-poverty bouncy, with the added benefit of making a fictional case for socialized medicine. Yeah I suspect we all will be notified in Dec that our premiums are going up.
If the woman who was on Rush the other day is correct,  our premiums are going up 200 to 300% starting in jan of 2011.
