Great call!  The beginning of the episode showed Walt opening the glove compartment and spilling a Marty Robbins cassette.

I did get a laugh when he started the car up and El Paso started playing.

Why are you mad at me for posting a theory I heard on the radio on how it's going to end for Walter?
I was kidding.

I read a similar article a few days ago.

The wife and I are watching the whole thing on DVD. So far we're at Season 2 where Walt hands his partner the gun and says 'take care of it".

However, it's a bit "slow" so far, does it pick up?

I was doing a search for the Breaking Bad DVD collection, and stumbled across this:

Inside President Obama's 'Breaking Bad' Binge

Quote
President Barack Obama is many things. Leader of the United States, basketball enthusiast ... and "Breaking Bad" fan.

The New York Times recently profiled the President's television habits, stating that he enjoys "deep, dark or edgy" shows like "House of Cards," "Homeland" and, yes, the recently-concluded "Breaking Bad." The article says Mr. Obama is currently "working his way through the DVD box set" of the AMC series, and he "frequently reminds those around him not to give anything away."

Well, here's what we're giving away: An inside-look at Barack Obama's reactions to "Breaking Bad." Read on for what sources have told MTV News about Obama's take on the Emmy-winning drama series.

- snip -

Just a few things from the "MTV News" article:

- Insiders tell us that Obama's favorite character is DEA agent Hank Schrader. The President appreciates Hank's "strong work-ethic and self-starter attitude," exhibited by Schraderbrau and the rock collection.

- Obama's second-favorite character is Jesse Pinkman, almost in spite of himself. Even though Pinkman begins the series as a low-life meth-head, Obama sympathizes with Jesse's frequent brushes with tragedy.

The rest is at the above link.  Even though the series is over, I prefer not to give away any spoilers for those like the 0bumbler who are/were still catching up.

I never found out why Marie flaked out and turned into a crazy kleptomaniac.  Am I the only one?

I don't think there was much to it other than character development, she was just a tad bit nuts.

I have broken down and started watching Breaking Bad.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
