If I remember it right, she works at two schools. Half a day at each school. She works at one school in the morning and then drives to the other one for afternoon classes.

She has enough time to retire but doesn't want to because her income would be greatly reduced.

Well, that's what concerns me.

Given her seniority--after all, the dysmenopausal Kansas school teacher's no young chick--after McCoy Elementary closes, she's probably going to be able to bump a newer, younger--and better--teacher out of a job.
