But I realize it has to pass for many reasons.

Its a horrible bill that will make the healthcare system worse for everyone.

Oh but it has to pass because Obama needs a victory.

I heard Bella Pelosi saying the vote will be a victory for the American people. I thought yeah if the no votes win it will be.
