A judge will allow a woman to annul her marriage and divorce after she discovered that her ex-husband was a woman.

Jennifer Jack met Andrew Mireles when she was 16 and didn't know what to think about Mireles' strange behavior in the bedroom. It wasn't until Jack was flipping through her yearbook and noticed a photo of Mireles as a female.

Mireles is still physically a woman and claims he thought Jack knew his secret years ago.

The couple has two children from their 7-year marriage. One of the children was fathered by another man before the marraige and the other child conceived by artificial insemination.

well, when you get married when you are 16, and if you are very sexually unaware for a 16 year old, and in this particular relationship, she wasn't going to get any more sexually aware . . . . then she really wouldn't have noticed a difference.

that is the best case I can make for her, and even I think it was a stretch.
