Not like there aren't several places to pull over on Cudjoe and do the job with less risk of razor nicks....

Other charges notwithstanding, she's the one who gets the worst of it, since she was (supposed to be) driving.  He might get charged with reckless as well, but I'm not sure on that.  Tantal could probably give a better answer.

As it is, she's in enough trouble with the driving under suspension/DUI.
