31. I'm an ERP Systems Consultant (PeopleSoft) My specialty is HR but I also know Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory and Maintenance Management.

I also do full life cycle training from needs analysis to Delivery and post delivery support.


Maybe she in HR for a software company. She hires and fires people.  :rotf:

Really, it does.

The truth is, they are pretty good dogs, if trained. My problem is, I have 4 untrained versions. They aren't bad yappers, but have a bladder the size of a cashew. The only upside is, they will go apeshit if someone comes into your yard, and you can keep your house like an icebox at night if you put some in the bed with you. They are like 5 lb radiant heaters. Downside? Shedding, peeing, pooping.

ERP is Enterprise Resource Planning.  Basically, if I read it correctly, she helps people with computer systems that help track company resources.  For HR, it is probably a system that tracks current employees, salaries, employment needs, etc.  The "Full Life cycle training from needs analysis to delivery and post delivery support" means that she trains people and consults with them on using the people soft computer system before, while, and after it has been instituted.

Okay. Now that everyone in the world knows how to use Excel, why would anyone pay her? Or is she like that TV computer scam guy, "Try my product."

If she does what she says she does, yeah, at the end of delivery.  She would be responsible in the beginning to be the liason between the customer and PS to design the product. 

If she says she does what she does, well, she makes some pretty good $$, and shame on her if she couldn't sock some away for bad times.
