So I completely shut a teabagger down on a campus bus...

She started griping about how bad the government was and how we just ought to throw everyone out. I said that I liked what we had now a whole lot better than what we'd had the previous 8 years. Then she said that there wasn't any bipartisanship.

I said, "I don't care about bipartisanship. You know why? Because the government was a complete failure when the Republicans were in charge. A complete failure. They failed to stop 9/11, they lied us into war, gave us $4 gas, and they took a wrecking ball to the economy. There wasn't a single thing they didn't screw up. I don't want bipartisanship with failure. You know what you get when you compromise with failure? Failure. You want to kick politicians out of office, you start with every single person with an (R) beside their name and you replace them with actual competent people who give a damn about someone besides the rich."

She was stunned. And there were quite a few nods all around.

Only nods?  I was expecting a standing ovation from this bouncy.

Why don't these spontaneous conversations ever occur when I am present?

So...

Obama wants to give us $7 a gallon gas and kill brown people for oil and prophet and put us all in the poor house by doubling the national debt as quick as he can.

Yeah, ... and on a campus bus to boot...the professors aren't earning their money.

But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

You might want to talk to your fellow primtives about this because they keep talking about how Dear Leader and the Dem leadership is giving away money to Wall Street and the Banks while ignoring the "working class."  You self-owned yourself there, dimwit, though no doubt you're too stupid to recognize it.

When have conservatives ever asked for bipartisanship?
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

1 bong.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Geez, this is a tough room.

I was going to give him two bongs just for the "stunned" teabagger and the approving onlookers. :-)

Because they never occur to begin with. Moonbats never attack singularly, only in packs like hyenas. That way they can shout someone down rather than debate them.

She was stunned. And there were quite a few nods all around.

She was probably stunned because, not only did she eavesdrop on a conversation that was none of her business but heard it completely wrong. The stunned look was because she had NO idea what this fat, drooling harpy was screaming about. The nods weren't agreement. The other people were laughing so hard their heads were bobbing up and down. Either that or it only happened in it's own mind after getting stoned and falling asleep with a bag of cheeto's in her hand.

Mole Alert!! Poor GaYellowDawg is not going to last very long in moledom if he doesn't learn how to be at least a tiny bit subtle. This is such a blatant bouncy, following all the bouncy rules to the letter, even some DUmmies probably suspect they are being mocked. You can't have cops and bushes on a bus, but this DUmbass incompetent mole would have tried to put them in if he could have thought of a way. "Quite a few nods all around." Puhleeeze!

But as for bouncy quality, the yarnspinner ought to get points for remembering verbatim conversations word for word.  There's that.  The "quite a few nods" is pretty lukewarm, cheering and ovations are what's called for.  But, in the end, it was a real snoozer, so F.

No, the bus was the short bus, and the young lady realized that an adult conversation with some one
that is the word Rahm used would be cruel and inhumane, so she just let the DUmmie rant on and said
"Okay, you made your point, if you sit down now, you still get your milk and cookies when we get to school!"
