Try some liquid vitamin D. About 7 drops and every day for a week, then every other day at a minimum. That has almost completely cured my sciatica left over from my two previous lower back surgeries.
I need to finish the brake job I started on my truck that I started yesterday. A lack of parts availability kept me from getting it done last night. I have the parts to finish, but now it's raining and I have no garage or even a covering. Then, I had a pretty rough night, physically. The bad thing is that I found a cracked rotor on the driver's side, so I had to replace the rotors, wheel bearings and brake pads. The odd thing is that I had these brakes done at 85K or so. The brake pads were falling apart on both sides already. The floating pin in one of the brake caliper brackets was rusted in the the bracket. Shitty maintenance is what I suspect. Two of the floating pins had decent grease on them, another had just a little and then the one that was rusted in, who knows? The rubber boots seemed OK, so I'm at a loss as to why this bolt got frozen in. It was so frozen that I couldn't break it loose , turn it, or anything. I had to get a new brake caliper bracket.

I can't imagine what this would have cost had I had a repair shop do it. It's cost me about $275 so far in parts and fluids. Thank God I have the knowledge and talent to do just about anything.
