No snow on the Seacoast...just 2-4 inches of rain tonight and tomorrow, along with 60 mph winds.

it's been snowing here since last night -- roads are still OK though as it's a heavy, wet snow.  The real damage is supposed to come tonight when the storm center is to the north of us and we get the full nor'easter effects: high winds, blowing snow, power outages, etc.  Hey, the last storm we were in the "paralyzing" zone -- now we're in the "immobilizing" zone!  Whoo, I've been upgraded!  :-)

Right now in Albany, we're getting mostly rain.  There's a few snowflakes thrown in, but my neighbor Carl is probably getting more snow.

We had snow here in central SC last night...maybe a 1/4" on the truck, nothing on the ground.

In the clear here and supposed to be in the 2-6 in range.

Not far to the west though is supposed to be 1-2 feet.

If what we were getting came down as snow, it'd be 2-4 FEET--shades of the Blizzard of '78.

We had snow on the ground this morning, and lots of snow showers from the backside of the storm, but it seems to be moving away and most of the snow is gone. Wind is bitter cold though.
