As per population, capitalism begets poverty for the majority and poverty begets higher replacement rate.

Yeah, just like the collective farms of the old Soviet Union, where the farmers' personal plots were tended well to feed their families and the state portions of the farms were tended poorly and produced little. People aren't going to bust their asses to feed or produce for some faceless "other" they don't know. Especially with no evidence that that other is pulling his or her own weight.

Those who do not learn from history are condemned to become DUers.

I think we should redistribute the DUmmies dope stash....confiscate all the pot, pills, crack, hash, etc. and spread it around...doesn't matter wheather you use it or not... take it and spread it around....if you don't use just flush it down the toilet...hell, that's what the government does with your money when they take it from you and give it to the DUmmies.

That's kinda the approach the old Soviet Union took.  Ever see a ruble from back then?  Stamped out of aluminum, no intrinsic metal value at all.  Worthless in foreign exchange, which (Aside from the inherent inefficiency of a command economy) had a whole lot to do with why we kicked their ass so badly in the economics of the Cold War.
