poll: who's the brightest of the Big Three on Skins's island?
« on: February 12, 2010, 09:42:36 PM »
Okay, it's Friday evening, and so time for a little frivolity.

Who do you think is the brightest of the Big Three who run Skins's island?

I suspect the elusive enigmatic Elad is the brains of the outfit.

However.

However.

However.

At the same time I reasonably speculate, based upon hard facts and personal observation, that my fellow alum Skins's cerebral power is somewhat more than the elusive enigmatic one's, and of course far surpasses the cerebrality, such as it is, of the third of the Big Three.

To me, Skins has always seemed somewhat uptight, inhibited, and what that does is hinders the display of intelligence.  He has the smarts, but keeps most of it inside of himself.

I know how that is.

I don`t like to cast a second wishy washy vote today but still had to say not sure.

One post from earlier proved to me that EarlG is a complete idiot..first impressions sort of and he will have to work very hard to ever rise above that.

I think Elad is probably technically smarter of the remaining two and he probably could make his way through life doing "real" things (construction, draftsman, plumbing) but Skins is clearly a lot shrewder and a real huckster although basically worthless.
He is savvy and clever,a snake oil salesman who can sell you a junk car, make you think he is your best friend and laugh to himself what an idiot you are to be taken by him.

It is almost an apples and oranges thing.

My fellow alum is a control freak, and as with the fate of all control freaks, things get out of control on Skins's island the more he tries to control them.

Skins needs to flip off his shoes, put his feet up, sit back, relax, and get mellow.

A couple of months ago, I saw a recent news-photograph of my fellow alum, and was appalled.

He's completely altered from a mere 8-10 years ago.

Skins has either had his retinas unstretched, or uses contact lenses now.

With all due respect to a great former First Lady, my fellow alum resembles no one more so than an embalmed Nancy Reagan.

I have to vote Skins, as I imagine he takes home the most cash. That's the name of the game, milking DUmmies for fun and profit. I imagine one, or both, of the others might actually believe in DU as an integral part of leftist causes, even if that cause is keeping the crazy old DU uncle in the electronic basement.

I had to agree with my neighbor.  But, one modification I'd like to make is the "apples to oranges thing."  It's more of a "runny pile of shit from a human to a runny pile of shit from a chimpanzee."  Closer than "apples to oranges," but still somewhat distinct.

So, what you're saying is that it's the same but different.

But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

Not sure. All three are some sort of an enigma.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

I'd vote for AdBot but you forgot to include him in your poll.
25 years ago we had Ronald Reagan, Johnny Cash and Bob Hope.  Now we have Obama, no hope and no cash.

I cannot participate in a poll that attaches the adjective "brightest" to a DUmbass democrat.
It offends my sensibilities. I think I'm going to alert on this thread.

$kins is the most crafty "snake oil salesman" of the 3. SquirrelG is just your average, run-of-the-mill lackey.

I went with Elad.  At least he's bright enough to keep his mouth shut.

Well, I never said any of them were Einsteins.

"Brightest" doesn't necessarily mean "bright."

After all, an IQ of 70 is brighter than an IQ of 45.

Well, I guess you could look at it that way. Like pondering, "Who is brightest among poor, stupid Beth Ferrari, Cynthia McKinney, and Sheila Jackson Lee?"
But that is a question that has no true, single answer.

I voted "not sure", since you didn't have a "You're kidding, right?" choice....
