10. Shit, Limbaugh makes has made fun of homeless people trying to push their shopping carts over curbs.
Many homeless people have disabilities. I am sure if he used the word "retard" he meant it in the traditional meaning and use of the word. And Rush isn't clever or witty enough to use satire effectively.
