DUmmy Pam Dawson, Top DUmmy of 2009, again claims to be hospitalized. Maybe it's all the spicy food she brags about:

Back in the hospital again lipase level over 1000
was taking prednisone along with the Chemo and doing the taper of the prednisone. Sunday was the last day and I was happy that I didn't have to take it anymore. Had been feeling pretty sore in the right side abdomen since Thursday. It kept getting worse and then Monday night felt the same horrible pain center stomach that felt like a vise or rubber band going around to the back...sigh...

seems every time my colon is irritated, it also irritates the pancreas...
don't know what is going to happen now.

So if DUmmy Pam goes to her just reward, scuttling off this mortal coil, leaving behind a trail of comically transparent lies, a new Top DUmmy will have to assume responsibility. If we lose greenbriar, not to worry, because next to assume the tanzanite tiara would be poor, stupid Beth Ferrari, who didn't really explode with her camping trailer. Beth would be a worthy replacement, with hardly a noticeable reduction in moronicity. But if Beth should run afoul of a scorpion or a sidewinder while looking for a place to relieve herself out there in the California desert, we'd be left with DUmmy bobbolink. That would affect the quality of the position, because bobbolink is homeless, and no one cares.

The bobbling primitive would be the stander-in for TOP PRIMITIVE OF 2009 if something God forbid would render the greenbriar primitive unable to stay in her place.

And then if something were to happen to the bobbling primitive, the new stander-up for TOP PRIMITIVE OF 2009 would be Doug's ex-wife.

Don't worry folks.  Pam's just suffering from an acute bout with her chronic hypochondria.  

She'll be available to fullfill her duties as Top DUmmy 2010 - ribbon cutting ceremonies, riding in the grand marshall's (or is that "martial's") car at the SanFran Gay Pride Parade, and providing fitting, anti-capitalist remarks at the Whole Foods store openings throughout the country - in no time at all.

Monday and Tuesday I was on a drip...not morphine as I am allergic to it...but something similar. Slept most of the time. Tonight hubby left the computer so I could write lesson plans and things. My kids so do not deserve another sub.
