Hope you feel better tomorrow BEG...

What happens when the weather prognosticators predict a severe winter event in the south.....

11 o'clock local news announced almost every county in the area has closed their schools for tomorrow.

A segment on the news about the best foods to buy for winter event .....non-perishables instead of fresh stuff in case the power goes out. So much for all those jugs of milk and loaves of bread that disappeared off of the shelves today. However....it was ok to purchase toilet paper...

My office sent out an email and text message mid-afternoon today, that because of predicted weather they will be closing all of our offices sometime between 12 and 2.

The Board of Realty sent out an email to send all extensions in directly by email because the office will most likely be closed because of the weather.

The news was showing aerial views of various grocery store parking lots at noon and after work and how packed they were.

It isn't even supposed to start snowing until late afternoon.   :thatsright:

Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

I don't know if they have anything like that.

There's a few urgent care places around.  Good luck seeing someone before June, though.

It looks like it's breaking up.  If we get anything at all, it will probably be an invisible sheet of ice and no snow.

I better get to bed.  I may have to get up early and scrape off my car.

Lovely weather today, sunny and about 60.  Late tomorrow evening through Saturday anywhere from 3"-5" of snow along with sleet, freezing rain, and possibly the sky falling.  Not even reaching 30 on Saturday.   Some schools are already scheduling early releases on Friday and a lot have canceled sporting events for the weekend.
