Anyway, if you get an iPhone, I think AT&T requires that in addition to your cell account, you have to sign up for an unlimited data package, total probably around $50/month; I'm sure many here have iPhones and know. Pretty high tariff for someone who shits on the sidewalk and sleeps under cardboard. The Boulder policy sounds like it might be good for public safety. If it means being locked up with someone who smells like bobo the hobo, you might thing twice about driving under the influence.
