He spoke with good manners, I am willing to take it at face value. It's just my nature to be civil and respectful to people until they demonstrate that they don't want to go that way, I leave the choice to them. Also an awful lot of folks here were Dems or even Libs at one time in their lives but came around, no need to be rude to people who may be retrievable.
Ditto.
Still an unspoken lesson must be learned:
The Tea Party has teeth. Ignore the people at your own peril.Fact: The Tea Party was never astroturf...they were real people.
Mass doesn't have the republicans to bring about this victory, independents and democrats had to cross the line and vote for Scott. If DU learns nothing else, they should learn that printing money Mugabe-style and govt takeovers make the people mad. Americans don't want a massive, all-powerful govt running our lives. Ever since the revolutionary war people have not trusted such all-powerful govts.
America is still a pioneer people, self reliant and willing to take back the govt that belongs to the people-not a party. Ignore the people at your own peril. The fact that Mass went GOP is not just a fluke, its an earth shaking reaction to the liberal agenda of the last year. If liberals do not learn from the tea party, they will loose everything.
I would be interested in a DU take on this but I'm not willing to burn my mole to find out.
