LOL, sometimes it's charming, though. For my first husband, English was like his 5th language. I used to love making fun of him screwing it up sometimes. One time, meaning "Someday I will serenade you" he said "Someday I will marinate you." 
I hear ya. My coworker is Chinese, English is 3rd or 4th language~ She also speaks Italian and Spanish. Pronunciation can be very charming. I have actually picked up some of her pronunciations simply by being around her. For example: Mentalpause, instead of Menopause.

I figure the least I can do, knowing only one language is be tolerant of people who have difficulty speaking English. I mean, she speaks English a heck of alot better than I speak Mandarin, or Italian, or Spanish. Shame on those intolerant DUmmies...
