Cindy Sheehan leads protest at CIA, Cheney's house
 Source: Washington Post

LANGLEY, Va. -- A group led by anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan has protested near the CIA's headquarters and former Vice President Dick Cheney's home in northern Virginia.

They were protesting the use of unmanned drone aircraft to attack al-Qaida and Taliban targets.

The group of about 70 people rallied alongside a highway near the CIA compound Saturday. About half then marched to Cheney's nearby street and stayed for 20 minutes. Police kept them from going down his street.

5. Pointless.
 Dick is no long President.

I mean Vice-President.

Well, in their defense, it is confusing.

30. Good, but why did she protest at a retired Vice President's home
 but not the White House?

Good question. Unfortunately, good questions are not popular at the DUmp.

38. Because Cheney is an effing war criminal and Barack Obama is not. That's why, genius.

Brilliant response. I mean just incredibly astute. Especially considering that the protest is supposed to be about current drone strikes, not past alleged "war crimes."

41. Okay, I don't get it...
...Cheney's been out of office for how long now? The CIA answers to the current president. This is a meaningless gesture. If Sheehan is antiwar, why isn't she in front of Clinton's house or the White House? The State Department and the Executive branch escalated the situation in Afghanistan, and just recently, too. I say, the more drones the better; that's our schtick, the other side uses suicide bombing, which is hardly a selective method to kill a particular individual. Cindy just misses dat ol' spotlight, I suspect. But she's gutless because she doesn't dare draw a crowd in front of the White House... just like people who dis Christianity but are too frightened to say a word about Islam. I'm underwhelmed.

43. Because Cheney is an effing war criminal, and Obama is not. Cindy has more guts than you ever will
I have met the lady in her time of deepest grief, and my friends in the VFP walked with her and stood with her in the Texas sun outside Bush's pig farm until she got heat exhaustion. I may not always agree with what she is doing these days, but I will always defend her and admire her conviction. Cindy knows who is responsible for the death of her son Casey, and it isn't Barack Obama.

Go do something anatomically impossible to yourself, why don't you?

Hekate strikes me as a person with a brain roughly the size of a walnut. Aside from the reptilian autonomic function centers, he/she/it only possesses around three functioning neurons, and they're always glowing with stupid, brutish red hot rage. As such, he/she/it can only repeat the same sputtering nonsense. If he/she/it  walked into the ocean and was never heard from again, it would be no loss whatsoever to humanity.

She has tried protesting Obama but the media turned on her, Charlie Gibson said she should just go away. The DUmmies turned on her too.

I guess she learned her liberal lesson.

Once again the DUmmies are not directing their anger in the wrong direction.

The Rove ordered search and destroy patrols of Detroit for the MLK holiday tomorrow.

I can see Dick now, setting his cold drink down beside the low-salt chips to pick up his favorite trap gun, then tracking the losers outside through the privacy-shaded glass, going "POW!" and pretending the recoil sets into his shoulder, then quietly chuckling as he sets the shotgun aside for another sip...
