I agree, deb. I've had UTIs before (luckily not for many years now), and the dr. was able to diagnose the problem during the visit.
And, yes, cranberry juice (the 100% pure kind) really does help!
Yes...the cranberry juice does help.
Thankfully I have only had one bladder/kidney infection - knock on wood - about 15 years ago and it went from a maybe bladder infection to kidney infection with a high fever in just a couple of hours. Never knew something could hurt like that did!
I always grab either cranberry juice or cran-something to drink while travelling. Supposedly, there's a link between travelling and having to wait too long to get to the restroom...and bladder/kidney infections. I detest public restrooms and by drinking cranberry juice....I can't avoid them.
