It's just amazing, all that BS and the dummies just eat it up. He claims to have sold his company to Quantum. So a quick look shows that Quantum acquired a company called Sanlight in 2003. Sanlight was founded by a Mark Kaleem, who is not a "kernel hacker" but a guy with degrees in commerce and economics. As for the raid research supposedly funded by the dummie, this was led by David A Patterson at Berkeley. There is no mention at all of the Patterson group being funded by any entity other than the University.

Maybe he can sack groceries for Twixvoy?

Yeah, but I've read your political opinions and mentally you're almost 6.  You should be thankful you ever had a job, period.

If you're 50 or older and still a lib, it's because you're stuck on stupid.  Grow up.

.

Yeah, I think so.  I'm a little amazed that he was basically ignorant of C++ and still expecting so much, it's been about ten years since anybody wrote anything beyond just hobby computing in straight C.  Kinda like being disappointed you didn't get a job as a mechanic with an airline because despite all your massive experience with radial and in-line piston engines, you had to admit to them that you don't really know anything about turbines.

Well, in the case of DUmmy leapfrog, the way he invented de-duplication was just to take the original out of the Xerox machine, so it wan't really that big a breakthrough.
