What's with all the introvert types? I'm starting to feel withdrawn and getting a complex.

Internet forums kind of self-sort for that.  But M-B 'Introversion' does not mean you're a social cripple, most military general officers test on the I side of the scale after all.  Introversion in Meyers-Briggs really tends to indicate you are less-reliant on the assurances and feelings of others in your thinking, not that you are a social liability (Not that it excludes that, of course...  :evillaugh: ).

Well my Extraverted percentage was 1. Damn near boarderline.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Yeah, I can't argue with this for me:

Quote
INTP
Seek to develop logical explanations for everything that interests them. Theoretical and abstract, interested more in ideas than in social interaction. Quiet, contained, flexible, and adaptable. Have unusual ability to focus in depth to solve problems in their area of interest. Skeptical, sometimes critical, always analytical.

Notable INTPs (From Wiki):

Quote
William Harvey (1578–1657) English physician
James Madison (1751–1836) US president
John Quincy Adams (1767–1848) US president
John Tyler (1790–1862) US president
Abraham Lincoln (1809–1865) US president
Charles Darwin (1809–1882) English naturalist
William James (1842–1910) American psychologist and philosopher
Carl Jung (1875–1961) Swiss psychiatrist [Who developed the 4-part typology that the MTBI assesses]
Albert Einstein (1879–1955) German physicist
Gerald Ford (1913–2006) US president

For anyone who wants to run down all sixteen combinations, here's the link to the Myers-Briggs Foundation explanation of them:

There is no virtue in compulsory government charity, and there is no virtue in advocating it. A politician who portrays himself as caring and sensitive because he wants to expand the government's charitable programs is merely saying that he is willing to do good with other people's money. Well, who isn't? And a voter who takes pride in supporting such programs is telling us that he will do good with his own money— if a gun is held to his head.

You are:
moderately expressed introvert

moderately expressed intuitive personality

distinctively expressed feeling personality

moderately expressed judging personality

Counselors have an exceptionally strong desire to contribute to the welfare of others, and find great personal fulfillment interacting with people, nurturing their personal development, guiding them to realize their human potential. Although they are happy working at jobs (such as writing) that require solitude and close attention, Counselors do quite well with individuals or groups of people, provided that the personal interactions are not superficial, and that they find some quiet, private time every now and then to recharge their batteries. Counselors are both kind and positive in their handling of others; they are great listeners and seem naturally interested in helping people with their personal problems. Not usually visible leaders, Counselors prefer to work intensely with those close to them, especially on a one-to-one basis, quietly exerting their influence behind the scenes.

Counselors are scarce, little more than one percent of the population, and can be hard to get to know, since they tend not to share their innermost thoughts or their powerful emotional reactions except with their loved ones. They are highly private people, with an unusually rich, complicated inner life. Friends or colleagues who have known them for years may find sides emerging which come as a surprise. Not that Counselors are flighty or scattered; they value their integrity a great deal, but they have mysterious, intricately woven personalities which sometimes puzzle even them.

Counselors tend to work effectively in organizations. They value staff harmony and make every effort to help an organization run smoothly and pleasantly. They understand and use human systems creatively, and are good at consulting and cooperating with others. As employees or employers, Counselors are concerned with people's feelings and are able to act as a barometer of the feelings within the organization.

Blessed with vivid imaginations, Counselors are often seen as the most poetical of all the types, and in fact they use a lot of poetic imagery in their everyday language. Their great talent for language-both written and spoken-is usually directed toward communicating with people in a personalized way. Counselors are highly intuitive and can recognize another's emotions or intentions - good or evil - even before that person is aware of them. Counselors themselves can seldom tell how they came to read others' feelings so keenly. This extreme sensitivity to others could very well be the basis of the Counselor's remarkable ability to experience a whole array of psychic phenomena.

Hey, hey, cant help that. I am one of thos people that is always in the middle of a group, dont know how or why, and is usually prodded into telling bizarre stories. I dont know that I have ever even wanted to do this. I just seem compelled. Probably why I enjoyed Drama for  so many yrs. I always wanted to be Miss DixieBelle's type. Pragmatic, dependable, calm, ration, etc. Youve got to admit its funny that so many of you tested exactly the same. No wonder ya'll are all longtime CC'ers.
