Democrats plan to manipulate elections with universal registration

Sen. Charles E. Schumer, New York Democrat, and Rep. Barney Frank, Massachusetts Democrat, have plans to ram through legislation that will produce universal voter registration. No matter what they claim, the rule changes will make it possible for illegal aliens to register to vote and for others to register multiple times.

The proposal is to register everyone on every welfare list, everyone getting unemployment insurance, everyone with a driver's license, everyone who has had run-ins with the legal system, everyone owning any property - basically everyone on every list the government keeps. People will be registered to vote whether or not they want to be registered. If individuals are on any public record, they will be automatically registered.

They're bypassing ACORN and trying to directly have the states register illegal voters.

Has anyone stopped to consider what that really means?  Forget prisoners and illegals, this means that any foreign national who happens to buy a quarter-acre of swampland in NJ will be automatically registered as a voter for federal elections.

Are you ready to start singing "Hail to the Chief" to President Usama bin Laden?  That's right, folks, why would the terrorists need undie-bombers anymore when they can simply each buy a small slice of American real estate - all funded by the oil money we keep shoving out to the Saudis - and then vote themselves into power over the rest of us.

That, of course, means the end of the United States of America, which is, apparently, what the Democratic leadership have been after all along.  That's why Pelosi, Reid and Obama seem to be acting so cavalierly toward their own re-election chances - they don't intend for there to be any more real elections in this country.  Period.

This ought to boost the economy a bit.....gun sales should rise again.

The seeds have matured; the whirlwind is very nearly ripened.  This could be the event that sets off the reaping--and the Democrats do not want that.  Thing is, I'm of the mind that they think that good and decent people won't do anything about this.

Coupled with "health care" this will be a blanket amnesty for all illegals and has for its only goal establishing a lib ruling class being enriched off the toils of the serfs.

In a small way I hope they do push for such a thing as it may be an awakening moment for many what is happening to them.
Even in this very liberal state of NY when Gov Spitzer tried to allow illegals the ability to obtain a drivers license there was a huge outcry and it was quashed.
Suddenly an abstract issue to those not very politically minded had a real life component to it that they could grasp as being bad.

Thinking like a DUmmie now. How about a national "No work" strike by republicans/conservative/farmers/military/all taxpayers. Not for a day, not for a week, not for a month but for a whole damn year.......the bloodsuckering democrats would all starve to death or be shoot while stealing and the sane people left could start up a "NEW AND IMPROVED AMERICA".

My God.  Well, the interwebz are certainly ablaze this morning over this.  How far will this go?  As far as I can see, its constitutionality rests with the aspect of "citizenship," as well as such a shitheap of a bill not being among the enumerated powers.  Someone at American Thinker had this comment as well:
