there are still folks in this country playing down racism towards black folks.
That's a natural reaction from the race baiter seeing racism everywhere they look. When every little criticism of Lord Zero is called racism, then yes, we will downplay claims of racism as silly and unnecessary.

It's a huge bonfire . After the OP, no one mentions the fact that the woman who lost her job is a Registered Democrat.
Here's the offending picture.
It looks like the picture was originally of a black man shining the shoes of a white woman. No outrage for the original picture, just that Lord Zero was inserted into it.
