Unexpected experience yesterday afternoon.
I notice that my dumpster was missing from the driveway while my recyle bins were there. Went out to put the bins away and see if I could figure out what happened to my dumpster. Scanning the area I noticed something that looked like shoes on the front porch of my neighbor across the road. I thought it might be a prank or something or just stuff laying there.

I went across the road to check it out and as I got closer it got a bit weirder. It began to look more like shoes and a body. I got there and there was a body with light coating of snow or frost. Looked close and it appeared to be the lady that lived there. She was on her back prone with arms at her side with a broom also at her side. I poked her just a bit and didn't get a response. My thought was shit she's dead and went back into my house to call 911.

A whole bunch of public safety people showed up. The coroner figured she died the night before. After everyone had left I went over to pick up the dog to look after him. The daughter decided they needed til after the funeral before deciding what to do with the dog. While I was over there I checked out the spot where the lady had been and it appeared that there was some blood where her head had been.

He poked her a bit and didn't get a response. This tragedy is starting to sound like a stevenumbers date night.

 I'm guessing the blood was from her head hitting the floor.

2. That is what I had figured.
 I've lived here for over 23 years. She had lived in the house for over 50 years. I think she recently said it had been 53. I've looked after her dog when she was gone. Helped shovel snow from her driveway every once in while. Talked with her every once in a while too.

She would take in my newspapers and mail when I was out of town.

3. Strange and sad.
 Sounds like she was sweeping the snow off her porch and slipped. I like that you're looking after her dog.

4. There was an older woman who fell on the ice in a town where I lived
 and died from the blow to her head when she fell.

6. We all go someday. Each and every one of us. I guess it's 
just nice to be able to pick your spot to go. At least falling down outside is not falling down in the house and laying there for weeks or months.
I had another neighbor about 48 or so, drop over dead onto his bed from an aneurysm. Like a blood clot or broken blood vessel.
Myself, I'd like to just wander off into the desert and never be seen again.
Sort of a fading off into the distance.

7. This brought back the memory of when about 5 years ago,
I discovered my next-door neighbor dead. Her car had been in the driveway for a week and I knew she drove to work everyday, so I just figured she had car trouble. Well, I finally knocked on her door one evening and there was no answer. The next morning I called her job and they told me she had not been there all week and had not heard from her. I really began to worry. I tried to open her front door, but it was locked. I finally called 911 and sheriff's deputies were sent. There was a dog in the house and he did not like anyone in uniform, so I offered to climb through the window and get the dog so that he wouldn't attack. When I reached the living room, there was an awful smell from the bedroom, and from that I knew that she was dead. I also took the care of her dog.

Not one DUmmy mentioned the lady's family. Nearly every DUmmy expressed concern for the dog.

They're DUmmies.  Most have never left the basement long enough to take so much as a basic first aid course.  I doubt even the defrocked RN Warpy remembers much of her training through the drugs - recreational and otherwise - and moonbat indoctrination.  Anything they might know about acting as a first responder, they learned from TV.  Which means that even if the lady had been alive when the DUmmy found her, she was screwed from the word go.

Just out of curiosity, DUmmie.  How many people do you know that would lie down and let snow or frost cover them?  Aren't you smart enough to know the difference between snow and frost?  I think the DUmmie is taking credit for someone else's story.

What can you expect from someone who would type this;

DUmass doesn't know that prone is laying on your stomach.  If you are "on your back prone" most would say she was "supine".

Oh well.  Glad I'm not one of the intellectually superior.  I would hate to lose a bunch of knowledge to fit in with them.
