Why let a holiday season come between the White House and making some political statements? The White House pegged controversial designer Simon Doonan to oversee the Christmas decorations for the White House. Mr. Doonan, who is creative director of Barney’s New York has often caused a stir with his design choices. Like his naughty yuletide window display of Margaret Thatcher as a dowdy dominatrix and Dan Quayle as a ventriloquist’s dummy. For this year’s White House, he didn’t disappoint.

At least they don't have the "Madonna covered in elephant feces", or the "cross in a jar of urine" for mantle decorations. :sarcasm:

OK...I actually caught part of the Christmas special with Oprah on these christmas balls.  Shelly said they sent out balls to each state, to school children, to decorate as they like.  I guess we have some Mao lovers in our public school systems...I wonder where they got that from?? Maybe lib teachers???? :whatever:

Chris Baker was on Glenn Beck today. I thought he did a good job. He's PISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSED. He calls him P-Bo or Nicolai Carpathia all the time on KTLK's morning shore here in MPLS.

I have read them too.  And let me tell you, that I borrowed them from my best friend, who got them from her Mom, because I wanted something to read and got drawn in.  Neither one of us is very religious, by any stretch of our imagination, but, Man, we were reminded of them after this election.
