Frosty Tuesday
« on: December 22, 2009, 08:25:35 AM »
19 now, high of 21, low of 10 tonight, and of course, WIND.  Sub-zero windchills with possibility of snow showers this evening.

X-Mas party for today was cancelled due to plant STILL not being on line.  We're trying to find out if the Chinese place up the road is open on X-Mas day.

I should have stayed home.

Lots of churning through work.  I'm not even going to to try comparing cold weather with you midwest and easterners  :-)  Just two more days of work, then I'm off for (at least) a week and a half.  January is going to be a weird month.  I may have jury duty the first week, then I'll be missing some work to have surgery on my ankle in Mid-January.

Still cold here.  Going to pick my daughter up today and finish up Christmas grocery shopping this afternoon (She's been at a friend's for a couple days).

Other than that, just chillin!

In the low 30's here today. But the sun's out!!! Supposed to be on a steady warm up until late Christmas Eve when it's going to rain and possibly turn to snow on Christmas night.

Doing more baking therapy today. Have to hit the grocery store later for Christmas Eve dinner....then to a manicure/pedicure...oh yeah baby! A perfectly lovely day!!  :-)
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

It's a sunny 56° here today.  I've been meaning to do some work on my car... new tail light wiring and a new clutch master cylinder.  We'll see how much actually gets done.
