Obama job approval at 46.6% (Pollster)

Pollster was an extremely popular source of polling information here on DU during the 2008 campaign, so I was curious to see what their numbers show for the president's current job approval ratings. Pollster puts together the numbers from all the major national polls, so I consider them to be the most accurate source for polling information, so 46.6% is the average from many recent polls. Their site was also quite popular on DU during chimpy's 2nd term, when they were showing his steep and steady decline in the polls.

Constant negative bombardment has an effect.

4. right.

It couldn't have anything to do with Obama completely disregarding his base and his incessant need to be seen as everything to everybody. his desire to be the high school quarterback that is loved by everyone will be the down fall of his administration.
Be quiet. DUmmies don't want the truth.

10. Rarely has a politician sacrificed so much political capital for such a shitty legislative result.

Rarely has a president been elected with so few people knowing who they voted for.

Not much of a bonfire. DUmmies hate the truth it seems.

I saw the Quinnipiac poll which showed Hussein's approval below 50% and figured the DUmp would ignore it.  I read somewhere that this poll usually overpolls rats, so it seems pretty significant that it has this result. Black support has actually gone up, if I remember correctly, so without that, his numbers would be even lower.

I think the lower Benito Bo slips in the polls, the blacks in America will be more dogged in their defensive support of him; after all, many of them seem to view Benito Bo as "one of them."

Which of course is flatulence; Benito Bo is no more "one of them" than franksolich is.

So the trick here is to separate blacks in America from this absurd notion that Benito Bo is "black"--I dunno how that can be done, but it's something that needs done.

There's plenty of authentic black heroes in America--blacks who know what it's been like, growing up and living black in America--running the gamut from Congressman John Lewis (D-Georgia) to the now-disgraced former Congressman William Jefferson (D-Louisiana).  These are guys who know what it's been like, growing up and living black in America.

Benito Bo has no idea, and it's time for this myth to be shattered.
apres moi, le deluge

Milo Yiannopoulos "It has been obvious since 2016 that Trump carries an anointing of some kind. My American friends, are you so blind to reason, and deaf to Heaven? Can he do all this, and cannot get a crown? This man is your King. Coronate him, and watch every devil shriek, and every demon howl."

I don't know how blacks can ever be gotten off the rat plantation, because no matter how little the rats actually do for them (other than "entitlements" which only bind the chains closer), the rats' rhetoric is that of wealth distribution ie reparations by another name. It seems many blacks would cut their own noses to spite their faces as long as it "sounds" like "getting whitey back"--no matter what the reality is (see higher unemployment, rates of unwed motherhood and broken families, lower scholastic scores--which such things as charter schools and vouchers could help, but the rats don't want to let anyone get free of their indoctrination centers--lower standards of living, higher rates of STDs and other disease, ad infinitum).  It's apparently insane that blacks as a bloc would keep voting for poorer and poorer results, but the rhetoric of class warfare and vengeance upon whites seems to command their attention more than the reality of the results. You'd think that one day they'd finally see that only true liberty to be responsible for their own fates will raise the black community, but it never happens.

Any piece of media that is run by anything with an Inc. after their name is an extreme hard right machine.  That's just a fact.  So, if The Nation, American Prospect, The Daily Worker and Mother Jones are managed, written, printed and distributed by anything legally incorporated, then they must be the enemy.  That would include the makers of paper and ink.

I suppose that would only leave stone tablets as bonafide DUmp-approved media vessels.
