Well, I stand by what I suggested earlier (although where I suggested it escapes the memory).
I'm sure the sidewalks and streets of Baltimore could use some picking-up of litter.
I think the subway cat should don an orange vest, get in the back of a truck with others, and foray out to pick up litter, eight hours a day, five days a week, as "re-payment" for some of the social services she gets.
That's the best way to good mental health--a job.
