Bingo. I learned a couple years ago that "biscuits and gravy" is a HUGE breakfast staple in these parts.
To me, the gravy they're talking about (ground pork sausage in a bechemel sauce) is akin to SOS, though SOS is usually made with ground beef.
Either way, it goes down pretty good.
Milk does have its uses in making gravies....
