What smear machine? It's pretty ineffective, because this is the first I have heard of it.   However, I do remember Lord Zero making comments about the Constitution, that showed he had little respect for it.  There are videos out there .

The only smear machine that I am aware of is on the left.  The right doesn't make up crap or use made up crap.  We use the actual, recorded words and actions of liberals to show them for who they really are.  The left uses evidenceless nonsense pulled straight from their sorry behinds to viciously attack Republicans.

The fact of the matter is that Obama did attack the Constitution and the Founding Fathers when he referred to the Constitution as a "fundamentally flawed doccument"

Yeah Rush brought it up then the second he found out it was a hoax (the thesis not Obama's attitude) he told us it wasn't true.
