I'm unsure what the vote is on, but Murtha called for a voice vote, and the "ayes" clearly had the majority. But he went on to say that in the speaker's opinion, the nays have it. Then Murtha argued backed and forth with another member.
Everytime I meet someone from Johnstown that is what I say "Murtha!?!?!? WTF!?!?!?"

Not a chance, unfortunately--most of the few remaining residents of his district are FDR hard-core Democrats (read: old) and people who only see all the money he funnels to the district. Rust Belt ain't the half of it.
