I get to work today through Saturday and a whopping 14 hours on Thanksgiving and another 5 on Black Friday yea me

Normal workday today, though the plant is running only two lines. Mrs E is off today, cleaning the house and making her "must haves" for tomorrow's gastronomic indulgences.
Tonight I'll practice, make up the cranberry relish, prep the dressing vegetables, prep the 20-lb. bird for brining, make a bunch of veggie stock, and saute off the turkey liver for the dogs.
Homey don't do liver. Yech.
