Poll question: Looks like the government might be requiring people to purchase health insurance. Do you support
requiring people to use their health insurance? A required annual check up? Required treatments for certain conditions? What type or types of punishment for not using it?
Poll result (22 votes)
Yes  (5 votes, 23%) Vote
No  (17 votes, 77%) Vote

So far most of the goons are not behind forced checkups etc but, how much you wanna bet if that becomes law they will jump on board?

1. "requiring people to purchase" NO
"Taxing everyone to provide health care" YES

There IS a difference.
The difference is small. Either way money is being taken at gunpoint by the Govt.
I think what the primitive hates is not being forced but the money going to an evil corporation instead of the benevolent govt.

5. I completely agree with you
We should all be taxed so that we can all have healthcare, but we shouldn't be required to buy healthcare from insurance comapanies.
We are going to be taxed and forced to buy insurance so you get half of your wish.

6. Most states require auto insurance...
I would agree as long as there is not denial of claims and no life time cap....

Keep repeating the Lord O talking point.  :whatever:
For the billionth time DUmmy you can opt out of paying for car insurance if you don't drive or if you have the resources to pay your own way you can be exempt in most states. You won't have any way to opt out of this and keep breathing.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

  • Skip Tracing by Contract Only!
Government only forces you to pay for liability auto insurance. In other words, you are protecting the other guy from your stupidity or actions resulting in damages to the other party.

Forcing comprehensive medical insurance is forcing you to protect yourself, even if you don't feel you need or want to! You are the only one that will be damaged, not Joe Q. Public! What I do to myself is my ****ing God Given Right! It says so in the Declaration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm the guy your mother warned you about!

What would be the difference DUmmy?
A 200.00/month tax or a 200.00/month premium?

That you think there is a difference basically reveals that you don`t expect to be paying that tax for your health care.
This is what it always boils down to...someone else has more then me so they need to give it up for me.

Society ought to give you useless leeches in kind for what you contribute and at that rate we would be rid of you in short order after you starve. :bird:

But what if you make less than 250K a year ? You do remember that promise from Obama, right ? Do you also remember McCain and other detractors..Im sorry, other 'racists' and 'haters'.. stating that it just isn't possible to deliver entire warehouses full of ponies without raising taxes ? You don't ? -- I'm not surprised.

Yeah, we can be pretty sure that whatever comes out of the Congressional Blender is going to be the worst possible mix of all the possible bad ideas put into it.
