 Would you pretty much have your mind made up prior to the testimony, or would you be open to delivering a Not Guilty verdict if the defense provided a compelling argument?

1. His "confession" under torture won't be admissible in court.
 So I hope there's some actual evidence against him, or this trial would be a ****ing joke that would only result in something else for the teabaggers to bitch about if he's not convicted.

 This is getting complicated to the point of absurdity.

What do we do if some country decides to give this Khalid charactor diplomatic immunity post dated to 1970.?

It seems that the good Muslim comunity are way too scared to protest the actions of the few screw balls,  they fear retribution on their family's they left behind in their home country.  They quake in fear of their religious leaders, either they obey them by killing their daughters or wives for becoming Westernized or their family from grandparents to distand cousins will pay a very hard price in their Home Land.

This is akin to having been ordered to sacrice one or 2 family members who have displeased and violated the religious laws in order to pervent the death of 40 other relatives.--------

The photos of men who have killed their children for disrespect are of dazed and confused men, men who had no choice in the matter. Imagine, they dare not grieve for their children, cannot shed a tear for them. To do so would show disrespect to Allah and we know their Allah is up there rumbling about with a pad and Quill taking names.

This is a religion of fear, with no check points.  Christianity is also a religion of fear of the Lord, but, the check point is our God forgives, Allah has no such thing. Allah is too involved with male sexuality on earth and in heaven.

As a juror I would have to go with the law of the land, it is useless trying to understand the motives of those on trial, Sad but that is the way it is. This is the act itself, unless it is self defence----and then that can be twisted--

I worked with dozens of Muslim woman, very nice, some became very close.

However I could never visit their home or be seen in public with them, they could not come to my home as I had dogs and had pork in the freezer.  Our friendship was at work out of the prying eyes of the men or anyone that report their sin of socialization of a non-Muslim.

Unfortunately his religious leader actually came to my home, dogs locked up, but we did not pass his test somehow.   Last time I saw him he came to my door out of the blue with 2 t Shirts with I   New york for Hubby and I.

As well as dealing with national security issues during discovery.......this is a "show trial" for the administration, plain and simple......Holder (and Obama) simply want to dominate the media for an extended period of time in order to divert attention from their agenda in congress......and the cost of doing this in civil courts will be staggering.......I would guess that the entire jury will have to go into "witness protection", as well as anyone testifying during the actual trial.........it raises stupidity to a whole new level......

A civilian court in the United States is the wrong venue for KSM.  He should be tried by a military court's martial.  It should be fairly easy to prove, without his confession, that he was involved with illegal combatants who undertook acts of sabotage against the United States and it's interests.  If I remember correctly, the penalty for that is up to and including death.

Even FDR considered asshats like Khalid a ****in' enemy combatant! Hell he fried 12 of 'em during WWII! 2 of 'em were American citizens helping out their German buds! Military tribunal all the frikkin' way! He made it clear to his AG that's what he wanted and would take nothing less. He wanted to make sure others who would try to sabotage the US would pay with their lives.
