 Could be over sight, all those hands to shake, some may have been lost in the crowd.

Hand shaking is a point of manors, means little today as we see our leaders clasp hands with those that wish to destroy us.

The hand shake is a given in the business world or among those that have a connection to each other.

Glad Hand I think it was called.   Today a man or woman adhere to the hand shake to whoever they meet., anyone they meet they hold out their hand as a matter of exceptince. 

No longer is the hand shake a sign of respect, it is just an exceptance of anothers existance.

Why extend ones hand in friendship to those that wish you evil, Why do woman go along with the handshake when they know problems may arise has the handshake become a challenge .?

To shake hands with a boss is one thing, to shake hands with a car salesman, or some insurence dealer is another. 

I will extend my hand to those I respect, to those I am not sure of I hold back, respect is earned and does not come from out of the blue.

I've seen this a couple of times and have even seen a reasonable explanation for the apparent snubs.   0Bama is leading the second gentleman through a receiving line and is introducing each person as they come to them.  He is not offering his hand to be shaken, but pointing to each as they're named.

He's introducing Dmitry Medvedev to some of his staff, I believe.

Agreed with Odin and thundley.  He's introducing Medvedev to his staff.  No way they would snub him, and definitely not intentionally at such a high-profile event.  Obama appointed them.

PAY ATTENTION, PLEASE! These Russians see no reason whatever to accept Obama in any way. He has shown that he will bend to their will regardless of how he is treated. All they need to do is "negotiate" and give nothing while accepting profers from the Obama-ites.

He's in a worse position internationally than a lame duck, and they know he will do nothing effective to turn whatever political path THEY chose.

Pretty sure that's it.  Don't just look at his hand.  Rewatch the clip and watch his face.
