Oh my.

The "other" option is quite substantial.

Poll question: Where do you have your savings?

Now that the DOW is over 10,000,people who invested when it was at 6000 made a smart move.

Poll result (43 votes)

Mutual funds  (9 votes, 21%)
seg funds  (0 votes, 0%)
stocks   (2 votes, 5%)
bonds  (0 votes, 0%)
bank accout  (3 votes, 7%)
gold  (2 votes, 5%)
mattress  (1 votes, 2%)
shoe box  (2 votes, 5%)
other  (24 votes, 56%)

One notices the Twix candy bar primitive must've voted in the poll, as there's two votes for "gold."

4. Other: What savings????

Used that and the retirement funds up when we, with no warning, lost all funding for our business.

I had to cash out of the market to finance my latest round of unemployment.

I'll have to start over from scratch when I start earning again. Assuming I find another job.

Does that count? When it's full, I've saved about $100. Anniversary dinner.

Among democrats, any investment in gold is visible when they smile.

Actually, I suspect much of the "other," leading at 56% is invested in dried-out flora usually kept in small sealable plastic bags.

Exactly....a little something stashed away for the future.

I imagine that they keep it with their drugs, in their kiester.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
