*sigh* Why won't primitives pick up the bible and check befoer they drool all over their keyboards? It doesn't thou shalt not kill, it does say thou shalt not murder. Even then it has a specific meaning that you are not to kill our of your own personal passion or gain, but as an actor with approval and orders of the state, which is charged with the safety of all of it's citizens, you may kill as you need to. Israel wasn't exactly a pacifist state.
Further, a question for any brave lurking DUmmie. If he were locked up and somehow escaped and started killing again, how should the state explain it to his new victim's families that they could have killed him before he killed their family? I know, no such thing as a brave DUmmie exists.
