Let's break up into 6 or 8 independent republics. All the horseshit neobrains can go one place, all the jesus lickers can go another, all the Wall Street sycophants another and so on ... please. This is a failed state.

I don't think the words "jesus lickers" is going to make you many friends. It's kind of over the top disrespectful - OTOH, we have a fringe who likes that kind of thing. You do need to realize that most of us here still have some hope for our nation - and we know how it turned out the last time some of us decided to break it up.

16. Actually....those people that "decided to break it up" LEGALLY succeed from The united States of America, per our constitution, for reasons similar to why we(America) threw off the British yolk. The "United" States then fought an ILLEGAL war to keep its industrial base intact.(sound familiar?)

and true to historical victors' form, they(US) re-wrote history to make the losers the bad guys, eg. "we only wanted to free there slaves!"

read you history before making a comment like that.

I must admit though, that "Jeuses lickers" thing was harsh, even for us Non-Christians.

splitting every body up into categories is the answer. compartmentalize everyone. down to the last difference. so that you end up being on an island by yourself.

this is not the answer. women weren't allowed to vote last century. blacks weren't allowed to drink out of a large amount public fountains when I was born. gay people weren't even acknowledged as a group by many people even themselves before the 70's and didn't know that others existed. but because of people like MLK JR. and many other leaders, this country has made great strides.

the bigots who are within any particular faith who judge others are simply ignorant and hopefully they, like many over the past few decades will have their eyes opened. separating everyone however is not the answer, nor is mocking someone's belief - that only starts fights, and worse in public.

our gov't needs progressive leaders in it like we're starting to get again, I wish it was quicker, but it's what we've got for now. when we get progressives elected, murderers of people judged will be held accountable, and millionaires will start being charged, like how the IRS is going after the tax dodgers.

asking for chaos and division to occur doesn't solve our problems, it only amplifies them. if we're going to be a strong country, we need to continue the causes of MLK JR about teaching civility even when you disagree with someone, and learning to accept others. there will always be naysayers and violent criminals, but this country is finally beginning to grant protections to everyone, like with the Hate Crimes legislation passing - we can't give up.

People here have reacted angrily before when I've suggested it, but I honestly don't think it's possible for someone of normal intellect to make errors like these. "Threw off the British yolk"?? I can understand that an uneducated, unread modern moron may not know what a yoke is, but he certainly knows what a yolk is. And we didn't throw off a British one. Atrocious grammar, atrocious spelling, atrocious punctuation, and atrocious vocabulary, especially in combination, are sure indicators of intellect. I give you DUmmy greenbriar.
