And the headaches are hellacious without caffeine.....

Only until you get used to going without....about 2 weeks.
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

I kind of didn't have a choice. I could continue drinking caffeine and have issues, or I could quit. I opted for the quitting. Mine wasn't coffee though, it was tea.  :(

Caribou Original, Caribou Daybreak and Coffee People's Kona Blend are some that I'm digging right now.

I'm using a bad of Caribou now, I don't always drink coffee at home and go for weeks without it. I also switch it up a little, buying whatever is on sale.

I make it with milk and add a shot of Frangelica....or white Creme de Menthe....or Creme de Cocoa...or Amaretto...whipped cream and chocolate shavings or spinkle of cinnamon....

That all sounds very good.

Caribou has some good roasts, for sure. One of the better large, American roasting companies.

A couple of years ago, we were going to a UTn tailgate on a cold, cloudy November Saturday for a noontime game.

I made several containers of hot chocolate and took pint bottles of the alcohols and the squirt containers of whipped cream. I think I used 4 or 5 gallons of milk.

The other half said only the women would drink the "sissy" drinks (I cleaned that up somewhat :uhsure:).

Ha! All the guys converged on the hot chocolate "bar" .....and the stuff disappeared while we women were setting up all the food. By the time I got a chance to get some, there was about half a cup left.  :(

Ah HA! So blame the guys who, upon seeing that the situation was firmly in control, decided to supervise and otherwise kick back and watch the setting-up activities by the women. That's perfect!

Meanwhile, who's got a nice glow going inside their tummies? The guys or the gals?

The only fault I'm seeing is from the gals who failed to see what a tailgate is truly all about!

Yeah....all the guys were raving about it.....

Who knew a bunch of manly men would go nuts over hot chocolate? :thatsright:

Normally, for early games....they were Bloody Mary/Screwdriver drinkers.  :clueless:

When we went to the games (before the required "donation" for 4 season tickets went up to $10k a year) we were involved with a group who really knew how to tailgate. About 30 regulars and many visitors. It was very elaborate with planned menus and looooootttttttttttts of alcohol....including moonshine cherries and jello shooters. Our group won "Tailgate of the Year" one year....
