Bombard your Senators with calls and emails.  If your Representative voted "YES", let them know it will be reflected at the next election. Tell everyone you know to do the same. Don't wait until 2010, start now and keep it up.

So I have to pay for poverty sticken blacks, muslims, illegals to get the same health care as me?  What has this world come to?  We should let them DIE!!!

Ok, If you were about to agree with me - I want you to know that it was a joke.  I think we should take care of our own - men, women, children - regardless of their race, background, or religious preference.  But all I see conservatives saying is how they have to pay for everyone else because "they don't work hard enough."  I suspect most conservatives are arguing to argue.

I hope I am able to stick around - I'd love to hear rational opposition.  I hope the administrators don't throw me off because I have different opinions than some.  The truth is, I value many conservatives opinions.  Problem is - I think their opposition to Health Reform is simply another reason to oppose dems and libs.  The constitution states we have a right to life.  Not "We have a right to life unless you get cancer when laid off or on hard times.  In that case, you have a right to life until the disease kills you - 'cause we're not operating without a valid Blue Cross Blue Sheild Policy."

Try again, noob.  Look at some of the more insidious details hidden in that 2000 pages of horseshit called a bill.

Stuff like:
--Removing the inflation indexing of income for tax brackets.
--Taxing of medical devices.
--NO TORT REFORM.
--Reduction of medicare/medicaid for the elderly and those who supposedly need it most.
--And much, much more!

Hmmm....  Again sounds like an excerpt from Hannity today.  And yes, I listen to Rush, Hannity, and the very crazy Levin EVERYDAY.

Have the bill in front of you?  Please list the page in which it states cuts will be made in Medicare and Medicaid I would love to review.  The problem with your statement is it lacks sufficient evidence.  Your favorite radio personality simply said it - so you buy it.  I have heard all this before and in the end, it always seems that Rush / Sean misinterpreted something.  Or, chose to interpret it the way they thought would work best for today's spin.

By the way, do any of you guys like O'Reily?  He actually like the bill!  Shocking but true.  At least he is willing to admit when a Dem makes a good move.

That doesn't mean you have the right to healthcare.  In order to live you need food.  Does that mean the gov't should oversee making sure you receive food, or is that your responsibility?

When the Founding Fathers said we have a right to "life," had they meant the gov't should provide for all citizens healthcare they would have enacted national healthcare back in 1789 or shortly thereafter.  Did they?
