No matter how it happened, a truly good commander will always, ALWAYS, find the time to visit injured troops in the hospital.  ALWAYS  :fuelfire:

A class act, all the way....and eventhough he didn't mean to do it...he just upstaged Barack in a big way.  Barack looks like the moron he is.

I did hear Barack was going to attend the funerals...but probably for the photo op and not for expression of sincere condolences.

Who says he didn't mean to upstage the "Messiah"? W's a helluva lot more shrewd than the left ever gave hin credit for.

He's had plenty of time....even if he had to fly down in the middle of the night and sleep on the plane.

But I hear it's nice at Camp David this time of year.... ::)
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

You can't be that stupid.
You know, with vestanumbers on "ignore", I don't see her moron posts until someone quotes her. Every time they do, I'm glad we have "ignore", but it also makes me a little bit embarrassed to be part of community that has vestanumbers as a contributor. It's easy to forget that such idiots exist, and sort of a jolt to be reminded.

By the way:

Anybody want to bet me whether The Øne goes and visits Hasan's hospital room when he finally drags his sickening ass down to Ft. Hood?  With or without the little obligatory fist-bump you know he's thinkin'?

I suppose that is a possiblity...but they did go discreetly and wanted no photo's taken...if he diliberatly meant to cast a dark shadow on the Bronze statue, I think it would not have been so hush hush.  I truly believe he went because he cared about the troops, and with no other motivation.

BTW>..I haven't heard anyone on MSM even mention this.

They was he's acted on everything from sending troops to Afghanistan to this shooting...IMHO he might just give Hasan a Purple Heart.

I figure he can have sKerry's.  They can use a .308 to pin it to the bastard.

Apparently, Ft Hood is readying for a Presidential visit. I've heard that 0bama will attend the memorial services for the fallen solders. Ft Hood was placing CONEX boxes around where 0bama is supposed to speak.

From the pictures shown on the news earlier....the entire area where people will sit is surrounded by them. There are 3000 people expected to attend.

Yeah... uh huh....... anybody with any sense KNOWS that these CONEX boxes weren't placed their to protect the other participants. I'd be willing to bet that if 0bama weren't coming, there'd be NO CONEX boxes. (I heard that on the news this morning, too. I just rolled my eyes. Who the hell are they trying to bullshit??  A military installation is one of the most secure places around. (Except for infiltrator Jihadists)

I don't think it's him directly. But I think the Secret Service is very much aware of how little most of the military thinks of Lord Zero.

Their job is to protect POTUS.

But they can't protect him from himself. And for that, I'm grateful.

I think we're looking at an entirely new thing, here. BJ is a liar, a philanderer, and a narcissist. But he didn't take the country to the brink of financial ruin, with the promise of more destruction to come. BJ didn't have an American-hating pastor as spiritual "leader" and legions of communists and socialists for butt-buddies.

LZ is a liar and a narcissist, but there doesn't appear to be an issue with philandering - that we know of.

BJ had a Republican Congress to contend with, which may explain why most of his broke-dick initiatives didn't take - like Billary's health care fiasco.

From my vantage point, LZ is infinitely more dangerous than BJ ever was. And more polarizing.

So the SS are gonna do what they have to to protect his goat-smellin' ass.

I ran across this today and thought it very appropriate
to disseminate far and wide - particularly to rub it in
on those independents who voted for the ObamaNation:

God yes. Had my disagreements with him, but damn, I would give anything to have him back now.

Check this out - an interview done by a San Antonio radio personality with one of the victims of the Ft. Hood shooting. He talks about the contrast between the W Bush visit and the Barry visit. Very interesting.

It's a busy page.....so you have to scroll down some and watch for the Ft. Hood entrance picture on the right side of the screen. Then just below that you'll see the link to Part 1 and Part 2.
