The fact that news is scarce about this isn't because it was on an army post.  News is scarce because of confusion.  I remember the same lack of news happening anytime a shooting like this has occurred , from Columbine to VA Tech to that shooting at the immigration center in New York state.

I thought it was more of a squishy splat, especially when you get a nice bat speed before making contact at the back of the skull, right at the base.  Think of Albert Pujols making contact with a fat juicy floater right over the plate.

Your right. I was probably thinking of the sound a boot makes when its standing on someones neck

Fair enough but then what is he (?) saying they are making up?
Not a quibble with you but it still means they are saying that some reporting of the event is a lie.

He is saying that, in a sense.  He's claiming that because they don't know some details for sure, they're speculating to fill in the holes.

Keep in mind what I know you already know; these nuts believe that when we watch opinion based TV shows that we don't know they're opinion based TV shows, they believe we think it's real news.  In the same manner, when these commentators are speculating, they believe others will not realize they're speculating and think it's real news.  They think people are that stupid.  What it shows is that they're the ones who are stupid, because if they're concerned that others won't recognize opinion and speculation as being something other than what it is, that means some time in the past they made the mistake of believing something was an accurate news report when all someone was doing was just speculating or giving their opinion.

NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
