Ok, I've been saying this since, oh February but certain posters in this forum prefer to brand me as a traitor than to listen to what I am saying. The perception is bad...BAD. Some of us prefer to live in our little bubble world where the President is perfect and can do no wrong. Sorry folks AllentownJake lives in the real world and I knew something like this would happen from the day the President decided to slap some of his biggest supporters in the face with Rick Warren at the Inaguration. Slap in the face after slap in the face to the base and you people wonder why a Reagan conservative is now going to be in the Governor's mansion of New Jersey.

So we have one year to prevent a blood bath in the 2010 midterms.

Incidently, if it wasn't for some very strong city support my county almost lost the most capable County Executive in recent history to a Tea Bagger.

BTW for those who are about to jump on me, I was out working for the Democratic Party today, What the **** were you doing?

Taken entirely out of context, this quote made me laugh.  He sounds like the nosy old lady that lives next door.  Referring to himself in the third person doesn't really help either.

They didn't win because they tried to appeal to the "moderates"...because they didn't "get their message out".
