No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

The callout brings around the usual suspects I see.  :cheersmate:

I've watched two (okay, one an a half) of these ghost hunter shows.  Re. Tar. Ded.  It didn't help that the first one I watched was mostly high-school kids with high-school kid vocabulary (like, youknow, like).

I want to see "The Box".  It might be okay, or I might be better off checking out "Button, Button" from the library.

I forgot.  The first one was on the Cartoon Network.  I think the other one was on the Travel Channel.

The one on the Travel Channel is an embarrassment to the channel.

Sorry man. Perhaps you might enjoy eight beers then. (??)

I'd commiserate with ya but it was almost 80 degrees here today after mid 30's a few days ago and it was breezy and downright Spring-y too. I'm just in too good a mood but I wish you well sir.

Ok, my drunk lovers of art..... I need to make a decision. Buying some autumn photographs from an online buddy who is a starving artist. Going with a series of 3, which one do you like best?

Leave it at the time clock, bud.

I meant that. Damned succinct.

"Okay, I'll shut up. Some fellas have to keep their tongues flappin' but not me. I was brought up right. My pa used to tell me to shut up and I'd shut up. I wouldn't say nothin'. One time darn near starved to death. WOULDN'T TELL HIM I WAS HUNGRY!!"
