There's one very similar in St Louis. I met the owner, who commissioned the house from FLW. The owner was very, very old. He told me about FLW visiting him while the contruction was going on. FLW wore one of his capes. The owner was a little old man who wore an ascot tie and beret.

It is now owned by STL County and they do tours. I've been thinking of becoming a docent there and learning to give tours of the place. I love visiting various FLW creations around the US.

Hey, Beg it's a beautiful house, and I know you will make it a wonderful home. Debk, I love your house as well. Maybe one of these days, we will find the home right for us.We both love the older style homes.
